This verified address signs you in and receives account-recovery links and important security alerts. You can change it without losing Planner data, Connect history, passkeys, or school and alumni history.

Passkeys

Passkeys are phishing-resistant and work across approved pixorahq.com sites. Your device verifies you with its screen lock, fingerprint, face, or security key.

After your password, require a six-digit code from an authenticator app. A registered passkey can also sign you in without typing the password.

Delete account

Permanently delete this Pixora account, its profiles, Planner and Student data, Connect history and media, circles you solely own, credentials, sessions, and registered devices. This cannot be undone. Payment records that Pixora or its payment provider must retain for tax, fraud, or legal compliance are not active account data and may remain for the required period.

Delete my complete account

Security changes require your current Pixora password; the original account code works until you replace it. When authenticator MFA is on, destructive changes also require a current authenticator or recovery code. Household-member and child codes remain separate from the owner’s security settings.
